Baked Brie & Grape Croissant (Sweet & Savory)

This Baked Brie & Grape Croissant checks every box—buttery, flaky, melty, a little sweet, and a little savory. Somehow, they even look like something you’d pay way too much for at a bakery.
The best part? They come together quickly, use simple ingredients, and don’t ask you to make anything from scratch. Because we’ve learned. We’ve evolved.

Ingredients:
- 1 croissant
- ¼ cup of purple Concord grapes cut in half
- 1.5 oz of Brie chesse
- drizzle of honey

Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350–375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Slice the croissant in half and place on the baking sheet, cut side up.
Step 3: Add layers of sliced brie cheese evenly over the bottom halves.
Step 4: Top with grape halves.
Step 5: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the croissant is warm and lightly crisp.
Step 6: Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with herbs or nuts if using.
Add a pinch of black pepper for contrast. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.



*Caution: The oven will be hot when the baking sheet is removed.
👉 I used purple “Concord grapes.” Feel free to use any grapes you wish.
