- 1 croissant
- ¼ cup purple Concord grapes
- 1½ oz Brie chesse
- 1 tsp honey
Preheat the oven to 400º F. Slice the croissant in half and arrange it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for toasting.
For a delightful treat, measure 1.5 ounces of brie cheese using a food scale or your preferred method and layer it on the opened croissant. Slice the grapes in half, add them on top, and pop the croissant in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese melts and the croissant is perfectly toasted. Serve it on a plate, drizzle with honey, and savor every delicious bite! Enjoy!
*Caution: When the baking sheet is removed, the oven will be hot.
- I used purple "Concord grapes." Feel free to use any grapes you wish.
