Ingredients

  • 1 croissant
  • ¼ cup purple Concord grapes
  • oz Brie chesse
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350–375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice croissants in half and place on the baking sheet, cut side up.
Add layers of sliced brie cheese evenly over the bottom halves.
    Top with sliced grapes.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the croissant is warm and lightly crisp.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with herbs or nuts if using. Add a pinch of black pepper for contrast. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • I used purple "Concord grapes." Feel free to use any grapes you wish.
