Ingredients:

  • 1 croissant
  • ¼ cup of Bartlett green pear (thinly sliced)
  • 1½ oz of Brie chesse
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of drizzled honey

👉 Don’t worry about using a specific type of pear — this recipe tastes great with any variety.

Step-by-Step Directions:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350–375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Slice the croissant in half and place on the baking sheet, cut side up.

Step 3: Add layers of sliced brie cheese evenly over the bottom halves.

Step 4: Top with grape halves.

Step 5: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the croissant is warm and lightly crisp.

Step 6: Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with herbs or nuts if using.
Add a pinch of black pepper for contrast. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
