Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400º F. Slice the croissant in half and arrange it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for toasting.

Step 2: For a delightful treat, measure 1.5 ounces of brie cheese using a food scale or your preferred method and layer it on the opened croissant.
