Strawberry and Kiwi Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:
- full-fat greek yogurt
- strawberries
- kiwis
- granola (store bought or homemade)
- honey

Step 1: Wash and cut up strawberries into small pieces. Set aside.
Step 2: To peel the kiwis, start by cutting off both ends of the kiwi with a sharp knife. On a cutting board or plate, stand one of the kiwis on its flat side. Hold the kiwi with your non-dominant hand and proceed to cut the remaining peel with a knife.
Step 3: Proceed to cut the kiwi flesh into small pieces and set aside with the cut strawberries.
Step 4: In a glass or glass jar, layer the yogurt and fresh fruit. You should be able to repeat the layers two times. Top with granola and a drizzle of honey for added sweetness. Enjoy!

- 8-10 strawberries (washed and cut into pieces)
