Ingredients:
- 2 ounces blanco tequila
- 1½ ounces sour apple schnapps
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce unflavored sparkling water
- Ice, for serving
- 2 lime wedges—one for the rim and one for the cocktail
- Coarse salt or sugar for the rim, optional
- Green apple slices, for garnish

Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: If desired, run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass. Dip the rim into a small plate of coarse salt or sugar until evenly coated.
Step 2: Fill the prepared glass with ice. Add the tequila, sour apple schnapps, pineapple juice and juice from one lime wedge. Stir gently to combine.
Step 3: Top with sparkling water and garnish with green apple slices. Serve immediately.
