- 1-1¼ cup full-fat greek yogurt
- 8-10 strawberries (washed and cut into pieces)
- 2 kiwis (peeled and cut into small pieces)
- 2-3 Tbsp granola (store bought or homemade)
- 1-2 tsp honey or (maple syrup)
Wash strawberries and then cut up into small pieces. Set aside.
To peel the kiwis, start by cutting off both ends of one of the kiwis with a sharp knife. On a cutting board or plate, stand the kiwi on its flat side. Hold the kiwi with your non-dominant hand and proceed to cut the remaining peel with a knife.
Proceed to cut the kiwi flesh into small pieces and set aside with the cut strawberries.
In a glass or glass jar, layer the yogurt and fresh fruit. You should be able to repeat the layers two times. Top with granola and a drizzle of honey for added sweetness. Enjoy!
