Easy Batch Spiked Caramel Cider

This Easy Batch Spiked Caramel Cider is proof that you don’t need a long ingredient list to make a great party drink. With just two ingredients, this fall cocktail comes together in minutes and is perfect for serving a crowd.

The combination of apple cider and caramel vodka creates a cozy caramel apple flavor that’s made for cool-weather gatherings. Whether you’re hosting a bonfire, tailgate, Friendsgiving, or casual get-together, this simple cocktail lets you spend less time mixing drinks and more time enjoying your guests.

One of my favorite things about this recipe is how flexible it is. Serve it warm in mugs on a chilly evening or pour it over ice when Florida decides it’s still summer in October.

Step-by-Step Directions:

Step 1: Pour the apple cider into a large sauce pan or pot and warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes or until desired temperate is reached. You may need more time if your cider is refrigerated. Added bonus – your house will smell amazing!

Slow Cooker Alternative: Pour the cider into a slow cooker and heat on high for 1 hour, then reduce to “keep warm.”

Step 2: Just before serving, stir in the caramel flavored vodka. Dust the rims of your cups or mugs with a bit of cinnamon and/or sugar. Pour in the warm cider vodka and enjoy!

Even the self-proclaimed “I don’t drink wine” crowd seems to find their way back for a second glass of this sangria. And if your idea of a perfect cocktail falls somewhere between happy hour and dessert, our spiked peppermint cocoa deserves a spot on your must-make list.
