Step-by-Step Directions
Step 1: Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Transfer the crumbs to a large bowl and add the room-temperature cream cheese. Mix with an electric hand mixer until smooth and well combined.

Step 2: Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour. If the mixture feels too sticky to roll, chill it for 15–30 minutes first.

Step 3: Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 40 seconds, stir, then continue heating in short intervals until the chocolate is smooth and melted.
Step 4: Dip each Oreo bite into the melted chocolate, or place one on a fork and spoon the chocolate over the top. Add Halloween sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet. Then place your Oreo bites on a cooling rack with a lined baking sheet underneath or on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. (This will help keep things mess-free!)

Step 5: Refrigerate the Oreo bites for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
