Step 1: Place the cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are finely ground into crumbs. Transfer the cookies to a large mixing bowl. Add room temperature cream cheese to the bowl with the Oreo crumbs. Blend them using an electric hand mixer until they reach a smooth, creamy consistency. Then, form bite-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for an hour to set! If the mixture feels sticky, refrigerate it for 15-30 minutes.

Melting Chocolate Instructions:
Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe dish for 40 seconds, stirring between sessions. *When melting white chocolate, set the microwave to 50% power.
For semi-sweet chocolate, place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 40 seconds between sessions.
Decorating Instructions:
Step 3: To make your cookie decorating experience delightful and tidy, start by placing your Oreo bites on a cooling rack with a lined baking sheet underneath or on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. This will help keep things mess-free! Now, let’s get creative with the chocolate coating! You might find it helpful to experiment and discover the method that works best for you. One option is to dip each Oreo bite into the chocolate bowl, then lift it out and place it on the cooling rack before adding some fun decorations. Alternatively, you can hold a fork in one hand, gently resting a chilled Oreo Bite on it, while using a spoon to drizzle luscious melted white chocolate over the top. Don’t stress about a little mess—it’s all part of the fun! After drizzling, return it to the lined sheet and add some festive sprinkles. Continue this process until all your Oreo bites are beautifully decorated.

Step 4: Pop those delightful Oreo bites in the fridge for 15 minutes to let the chocolate mold into perfection! Once they’re all set, you can keep them fresh in an airtight container for up to two weeks—perfect for indulgent snacking anytime.
