No Bake Banana Caramel Pudding

Ingredients:
- bananas
- instant vanilla pudding
- milk
- Cool Whip
- Nilla wafer cookies
- caramel sauce

Step 1: Place instant pudding and milk in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric hand mixer to combine them for 2 minutes or until the instant pudding is set.


Step 2: Fold in half of the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture.


Step 3: Line a 9×13 baking dish with vanilla wafer cookies.

Step 4: Slice bananas and layer over vanilla wafer cookies

Step 5: Spread a layer of Cool Whip and vanilla pudding mixture over the bananas. Next, drizzle caramel sauce.

Step 6: Repeat layers with vanilla wafer cookies, bananas, pudding, and caramel sauce. Chill in the fridge for 5 minutes.
Step 7: Top with the remaining Cool Whip. Chill in the fridge for another 2-24 hours.

Step 8: If desired, garnish with crushed vanilla wafer cookies, sliced bananas, and caramel sauce before serving.

Tips:
- Store in refrigerator.
- Make sure to use instant pudding not stove top cooking.
- Try using lady fingers (cookies).
