Red, White & Blue S’mores

Kids of all ages will absolutely love these delightful red, white, and blue S’mores! With scrumptious layers of graham crackers, gooey marshmallows, and creamy white chocolate, each bite is a joyous treat! They’re the ideal addition to any 4th of July celebration!

Ingredients:

  • mini marshmallows
  • white chocolate (Ghirardelli White Vanilla melting wafers used)
  • butter
  • graham crackers
  • red, white & blue festive sprinkles

Step 1: Using a 9 x 13 baking sheet, place pieces of graham crackers onto the baking sheet.

Step 2: Begin by adding butter to a pot and setting the heat to a cozy medium-low. Watch as it melts, then introduce mini marshmallows into the mix. Stir gently with a wooden spoon until they form a delightful, gooey blend. Spread the marshmallow mixture generously over the graham crackers, ensuring even coverage.

Step 5: Melting White Chocolate Wafers Instructions:

Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe dish for 40 seconds, stirring between sessions. *When melting white chocolate, set the microwave to 50% power. Pour the melted white chocolate over the marshmallow mixture and, using a spoon, spread evenly. Add a fun pop of color to your treats with some cheerful red, white, and blue sprinkles!

Step 7: After you sprinkle them on, let them chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Then, you can break them into pieces and enjoy every delicious bite!
