Maple Rum Coffee Cocktail
This incredibly easy coffee cocktail combines instant coffee, maple syrup, dark rum, and coffee liqueur for a deliciously bold and satisfying drink.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz dark rum or dark spiced rum
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (kahlúa)
- 1 tsp instant coffee diluted in 1 Tbsp hot water
- 1 oz whole milk (or half and half for a richer texture)
- ½ oz pure maple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Garnish with a piece of dark chocolate, a cinnamon stick, or a light dusting of cocoa powder.

Step 1: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the maple syrup, dark rum, coffee liqueur, the diluted instant coffee, and milk. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
