🥂 Making More Than One?

This Apple Cider Spritz is easy to scale up for a party. Just keep the same 1 part apple cider to 2 parts Prosecco ratio and mix only what you need. For 6 drinks, use 12 ounces apple cider and 24 ounces Prosecco. Add the Prosecco shortly before serving so it stays bubbly.

Step 1: If desired, dip the rim of the glass in a shallow dish of apple cider, then dip it into a second shallow dish of cinnamon sugar.

🍋Simply Made Suggestions:

  • If you prefer a very sweet cocktail, try adding 1/2-1 ounce of Simple Syrup with the cider.
  • Most sparkling wines will work for this including Prosecco, Cava, and Brut.
  • Want to make your own cinnamon sugar? The standard ratio is 1 part cinnamon to 4 parts sugar (ex: 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 4 teaspoons of sugar).
