Apple Cider Spritz

This Apple Cider Spritz cocktail doesn’t get any easier! All of the apple and cinnamon flavors you love combined with sparkling wine make this bubbly cocktail a perfect choice for a cozy fall evening!

Ingredients Per Cocktail:

  • 1- 2 ounces of chilled apple cider
  • 3-5 ounces chilled sparkling wine
  • fresh apple slices
  • Optional:
    • Cinnamon Sugar for the rim

Step 1: If desired, dip the rim of your glass into a shallow dish filled with a bit of apple cider, followed by a dip into a second shallow dish filled with cinnamon sugar.

Step 2: Pour 1-2 ounces of apple cider into a champagne glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with sparkling wine and garnish with an apple slice. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • If you prefer a very sweet cocktail, try adding 1/2-1 ounce of Simple Syrup with the cider.
  • Most sparkling wines will work for this including Prosecco, Cava, and Brut.
  • Want to make your own cinnamon sugar? The standard ratio is 1 part cinnamon to 4 parts sugar (ex: 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 4 teaspoons of sugar).
