Mrs. Claus’s Christmas Cocktail
Celebrate the holidays with a deliciously creamy cocktail with a delightful hint of peppermint and vanilla—just like Mrs. Claus would make! It’s the perfect way to add festive cheer to your yuletide festivities!

Ingredients:
- vanilla vodka
- white chocolate liqueur
- regular or heavy whipping cream
- white chocolate chips-melted
- peppermint candy-crushed
- ice cubes

Step 1: Put peppermint candy in a ziploc bag and crush candy using a rolling pin or mallet. Evenly spread crushed candy on a plate. Set aside.

Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds until melted. Carefully pour and spread onto a plate.

Step 3: Dip the rim of a martini or coupe glass into the melted white chocolate. *You may have to dip several times to completely coat the rim. Let the excess chocolate drip off.

Step 4: Dip the white chocolate-rimmed glass into the crushed candy to coat it. *You may have to dip several times to completely coat the rim. For a thicker candy rim, you can apply more crushed candy using the back of a spoon. Let the glass rim set for about one minute before adding the alcohol.


Step 5: Add the ice cubes, vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and regular or heavy whipping cream to the cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into the white chocolate and candy cane-rimmed glass, and enjoy!

- Put candy in a ziploc bag, and using a rolling pin or mallet, crush candy into a rough powder. Place crushed candy onto a plate. Set aside.
- Using a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds until melted. Carefully pour the chocolate onto a small plate.
- Dip the rim of a martini or coupe glass into the melted white chocolate and then into the crushed candy to coat.
- Add the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, heavy whipping cream, and the ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously—strain into the white chocolate and candy cane-rimmed glass. Enjoy!
