Mrs. Claus’s Christmas Cocktail

Mrs. Claus’s Christmas Cocktail is creamy, festive and filled with peppermint, vanilla and white chocolate flavor. Finished with a white chocolate and crushed peppermint rim, it’s an easy holiday cocktail that looks impressive without requiring North Pole-level effort.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 2 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz half and half or heavy cream
  • ¼ cup of white chocolate chips-melted

  • ½ -1 cup of ice

Step 1: Place the peppermint candy in a resealable plastic bag. Crush it with a rolling pin or mallet, then spread the crushed candy evenly on a small plate. Set aside.

Step 2: Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth. Carefully spread the melted chocolate on a small plate.

Step 3: Dip the rim of a martini or coupe glass into the melted white chocolate. Turn the glass as needed to coat the rim evenly, then allow any excess chocolate to drip off.

Step 4: Dip the chocolate-coated rim into the crushed peppermint candy. Use the back of a spoon to gently press on additional candy, if needed. Allow the rim to set for about 30 seconds.

Step 5: Add ice, vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until chilled.

Step 6: Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
