- 24 Regular Oreo cookies 24 cookies
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese room temperature
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (Ghirardelli brand used)
- Halloween sprinkles
Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Transfer the crumbs to a large bowl and add the room-temperature cream cheese. Mix with an electric hand mixer until smooth and well combined.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour. If the mixture feels too sticky to roll, chill it for 15–30 minutes first.
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 40 seconds, stir, then continue heating in short intervals until the chocolate is smooth and melted.
Dip each Oreo bite into the melted chocolate, or place one on a fork and spoon the chocolate over the top. Add Halloween sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
Refrigerate the Oreo bites for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
