Halloween Oreo Bites (no-bake)

Ingredients

  • 24 Regular Oreo cookies 24 cookies
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese room temperature
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (Ghirardelli brand used)
  • Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Transfer the crumbs to a large bowl and add the room-temperature cream cheese. Mix with an electric hand mixer until smooth and well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour. If the mixture feels too sticky to roll, chill it for 15–30 minutes first.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 40 seconds, stir, then continue heating in short intervals until the chocolate is smooth and melted.
  • Dip each Oreo bite into the melted chocolate, or place one on a fork and spoon the chocolate over the top. Add Halloween sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  • Refrigerate the Oreo bites for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes
