- ½ cup of Pink Cranberry Juice
- ½ tsp of Rose water (food grade)
- edible rose petals (food grade)
- Choice of Brut Rose Champagne, Rose Prosecco or Sparkling Rose non-alcoholic Grape Juice Cocktail
- silicone rose mold
Optional garnishes: - Lemon slices

Step 1: This recipe creates two ice cube rosettes!
Begin by pouring ¼ cup of Pink Cranberry juice into each silicone rose mold.
Then, add a touch of rose water, about ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon, to each.
Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

Step 2: To serve, place the rosette ice cubes into a coupe or a short cocktail glass.
Pour your favorite bubbly over them, then add a splash of rose water—about ¼-½ tsp—into each glass.
Finally, top it all off with the edible rose petals for a stunning presentation!
