Frozen Pineapple Coconut Margaritas (Basically Vacation in a Glass)

These Frozen Pineapple Coconut Margaritas are cold, creamy, a little sweet, and exactly what you want when it’s hot and you’re overthinking nothing. It’s part margarita, part tropical escape, and fully something you can throw together in five minutes with a blender.

No complicated steps, no bar tools, and no pretending you’re a mixologist. Just blend, pour, and suddenly summer has arrived.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (1 cup of ice cream, more or less)
  • 6-8 oz pineapple juice
  • 10-12 oz bag of frozen pineapple chunks
  • 8 oz of Coconut Tequila
  • 1 Tbsp of canned coconut cream

Step-by-Step Directions:

Step 1: Add everything to the blender. Frozen pineapple, cream of coconut, tequila, and ice. No order required. We’re not overcomplicating this.

Step 2: Blend until it’s smooth, creamy, and looks like something you’d pay too much for on vacation.

Step 3: Pour into glasses, and garnish with cocktail cherries or a pineapple wedge. (Bonus points if you salt or sugar the rim. Serve immediately while it’s cold and perfect.
