Freeze for 6 hours or overnight. To serve, place the rosette ice cubes into a coupe or a short cocktail glass. Pour your favorite bubbly over them, then add a splash of rose water—about ¼-½ tsp—into each glass. Finally, top it all off with the edible rose petals for a stunning presentation!
