Ingredients:

  • round roast or chuck roast
  • *McCormick slow cooker seasoning mix
  • baby carrots
  • white or brown button mushrooms
  • onion
  • rosemary sprigs- optional

Step 1: Roughly chop the onion into large pieces and place it into the slow cooker.

Step 2: Place the mushrooms and the carrots on top of the onions in the slow cooker.

Step 3: Place the beef and rosemary sprigs into the slow cooker.

Step 4: Mix the *McCormick seasoning mix with 1 cup of water and pour over the beef. Cover and set on LOW temperature for 7-8 hours.

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the onion into large pieces and place into the slow cooker.
  • Place the mushrooms and the carrots on top of the onions in the slow cooker.
  • Place the beef and rosemary sprigs into the slow cooker.
  • Mix the *McCormick seasoning mix with 1 cup of water and pour over the beef. Cover and set on LOW temperature for 7-8 hours.
  • Serve along side mashed potatoes!
