This 6 ingredient slow cooker pot roast is one hearty meal that will satisfy a hungry crowd. Serve over mashed potatoes for the ultimate comfort meal!

Ingredients

  • 3.5 lb bottom round roast or chuck roast
  • 1 pkg. *McCormick slow cooker seasoning mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1 lb white or brown button mushrooms (whole or sliced)
  • 1 large onion (roughly chopped)
  • 1-2 rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the onion into large pieces and place into the slow cooker.
  • Place the mushrooms and the carrots on top of the onions in the slow cooker.
  • Place the beef and rosemary sprigs into the slow cooker.
  • Mix the *McCormick seasoning mix with 1 cup of water, then pour it over the beef. Cover and set on LOW temperature for 6-7 hours.
  • Serve along side mashed potatoes!
  • *Caution: Slow cooker with be hot while cooking and when removing lid.
