- 3.5 lb bottom round roast or chuck roast
- 1 pkg. *McCormick slow cooker seasoning mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 lb white or brown button mushrooms (whole or sliced)
- 1 large onion (roughly chopped)
- 1-2 rosemary sprigs
Roughly chop the onion into large pieces and place into the slow cooker.
Place the mushrooms and the carrots on top of the onions in the slow cooker.
Place the beef and rosemary sprigs into the slow cooker.
Mix the *McCormick seasoning mix with 1 cup of water, then pour it over the beef. Cover and set on LOW temperature for 6-7 hours.
Serve along side mashed potatoes!
*Caution: Slow cooker with be hot while cooking and when removing lid.
