Ingredients:
- beef chuck roast
- baby carrots
- onion
- slow cooker pot roast seasoning mix
- water
- olive oil
- Worcestershire sauce
- rosemary

Step 1: Place olive oil in a skillet. Sear beef on both sides on a medium-high heat setting.
Step 2: Place vegetables and seared beef in the slow cooker. Add 1 cup of water to the seasoning mix and combine. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the vegetables and beef. Cover and set the slow cooker to the Low setting for 6-8 hours.
*Caution-Slow cooker will be hot!



Tips-
- Slow cookers vary in temperature. Beef is done when it easily falls apart.
