  • 1 lb of fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup of granulated sugar 
  • 2 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 432 g box of white cake mix
  • ¾ cup of butter (cut into pieces)
  • 1 tsp of ground ginger

Step-by-Step Directions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350º F and spray a 13×9 inch baking dish with non stick spray.

Step 2: Place the frozen mixed berries into the dish and spread them evenly.

Sprinkle the sugar and ginger over the berries.

Squeeze the juice of a small lemon over the top.

Step 3: Squeeze the juice of a small lemon over the top. Theb evenly top with white cake mix. Cut the butter into pieces, place them over the dry cake mix, and bake for 50-60 minutes.
