- protein pancake mix (ie. Kodiak Power Cakes)
- milk (or milk alternative or water)
- oil (coconut, avocado, or vegetable)
- syrup (maple, pancake, or sugar free)
- vanilla extract
- mini chocolate chips

Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: Begin by adding the pancake mix to the mug. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Step 2: Add the wet ingredients to the mug and whisk or stir with a fork.

Step 3: Microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes being careful as the mug can get hot. Enjoy as is or top your chocolate chip muffin with more syrup or whipped cream. Yummy!

Tips:
- Spray the inside of the mug with nonstick spray oil, if desired, before adding ingredients.
- If you’re using coconut oil, make sure it is melted before adding it.
