- ⅓ cup protein pancake mix (ie. Kodiak Power Cakes)
- 3 Tbsp milk (or milk alternative or water)
- 1 tsp oil (coconut, avocado, or vegetable)
- 1 Tbsp syrup (maple, pancake, or sugar free)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
Begin by adding the pancake mix to the mug. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Add the wet ingredients to the mug and whisk or stir with a fork.
Microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes being careful as the mug can get hot. Enjoy as is or top with more syrup or whipped cream. Yummy!
- Spray the inside of the mug with nonstick spray oil, if desired, before adding ingredients.
- If you're using coconut oil, make sure it is melted before adding it.
