Banana Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Banana Cinnamon Overnight Oats are an easy make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings. Creamy oats, sweet banana, and warm cinnamon come together the night before, so breakfast is ready when you are. Add sliced bananas, a drizzle of maple syrup, chopped nuts, or fresh berries before serving for an easy breakfast you can customize with whatever you have on hand.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp of chia seeds

Step 1: Smash the banana in a mixing bowl with a fork.

Step 2: Add all the cinnamon, vanilla yogurt, and honey to the bowl and mix. Then add the oats, chia seeds and milk and combine. Add additional cinnamon if desired.

Step 3: Cover and place into the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy the next day, cold or warmed up! Garnish with berries, almond slices, chocolate chips, maple syrup, caramel sauce or more cinnamon.
