- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 1 banana
- ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1-2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon (more if desired)
Smash the banana in a mixing bowl with a fork. Add all the cinnamon, vanilla yogurt, and honey to the bowl and mix. Add the oats, chia seeds and milk and combine. Add additional cinnamon if desired. Cover and place into the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy the next day, cold or warmed up! Garnish with berries, almond slices, chocolate chips, or more cinnamon.
