Café Bombón
My husband recently discovered this amazing coffee drink on a trip to Spain. He’s a big fan of sweet coffee, so instead of his usual caramel syrup and half and half, he tried this. Café Bombón is so simple to make. It’s perfect for any time of day, but especially delicious in the morning when you pair it with a flaky croissant!

Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: Brew espresso using your preferred method. (Check out our Mochaccino recipe for instructions on using an Aeropress)
Step 2: Pour room temperature sweetened condensed milk into the bottom of a clear glass. Carefully pour hot espresso over the milk. Go slowly so they don’t combine.

Step 3: After serving, stir to combine and enjoy this authentic coffee treat from España!
Tips:
- This recipe calls for a 2:1 ratio of coffee to sweetened condensed milk, but you can use equal parts of each if you prefer sweeter.
- Never combine hot and cold in a glass or it can shatter. If your sweetened condensed milk is refrigerated, warm it up a little bit in the microwave.
