🍋 Simply Made Suggestions

  • Use pumpkin purée, not pumpkin pie filling. Pumpkin pie filling is already sweetened and seasoned.
  • You can substitute your favorite dairy-free milk for the regular milk. To make the entire smoothie dairy-free, use dairy-free yogurt as well. Nutritional values will vary depending on the products used.
  • Begin with 4 tablespoons of water and add more, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the smoothie reaches your preferred consistency.
  • For a colder, thicker smoothie, use a frozen banana.
  • Taste the smoothie before adding extra honey—the banana may provide enough sweetness.
