Ingredients

  • 1 croissant
  • ¼ cup Bartlett green pear (thinly sliced)
  • oz Brie cheese
  • cinnamon (sprinkle)
  • 1 tsp honey (garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400º F. Slice the croissant in half and arrange it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for toasting.
  • For a delightful treat, measure 1.5 ounces of brie cheese using a food scale or your preferred method and layer it on the opened croissant. Add thinly sliced pear with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top and pop it in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese melts and the croissant is perfectly toasted. Serve it on a plate, drizzle with honey, and savor every delicious bite! Enjoy!
  • *Caution: The oven will be hot when the baking sheet is removed from the oven.

Notes

  • I used green pears, but feel free to use any kind you prefer.
