- ¼ cup Bartlett green pear (thinly sliced)
- 1½ oz Brie cheese
- cinnamon (sprinkle)
- 1 tsp honey (garnish)
Preheat the oven to 350–375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Slice the croissant in half and place it on the baking sheet, cut side up.Add layers of sliced brie cheese evenly over the bottom halves.Top with thinly sliced pears.Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the croissant is warm and lightly crisp.Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with herbs or nuts if using. Add a pinch of black pepper for contrast. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
