- 1 croissant
- ¼ cup Bartlett green pear (thinly sliced)
- 1½ oz Brie cheese
- cinnamon (sprinkle)
- 1 tsp honey (garnish)
Preheat the oven to 400º F. Slice the croissant in half and arrange it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for toasting.
For a delightful treat, measure 1.5 ounces of brie cheese using a food scale or your preferred method and layer it on the opened croissant. Add thinly sliced pear with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top and pop it in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese melts and the croissant is perfectly toasted. Serve it on a plate, drizzle with honey, and savor every delicious bite! Enjoy!
*Caution: The oven will be hot when the baking sheet is removed from the oven.
- I used green pears, but feel free to use any kind you prefer.
