Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: Microwave the chocolate in 45 second intervals, stirring well between each, until melted and smooth.
Step 2: While the chocolate is melting in the microwave, cut the apples into bite size pieces. Toss the apples in a tsp of lemon juice to prevent the apples from browning.

Step 3: Remove the melted chocolate from the microwave and pour onto a baking sheet. Use a spoon or spatula to swirl the chocolate around until it is evenly dispersed on the baking sheet.
Step 4: Sprinkle the cut apples, pretzels and caramel on top of the chocolate. Then place the entire pan in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes or until hardened.
Step 5: Break the chocolate into pieces and serve immediately.

🍋 Simply Made Suggestions and Swaps…
- Switch up the chocolate: Try milk chocolate for a sweeter bark or dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Add a little crunch: Sprinkle chopped almonds, peanuts or crushed pretzels over the top before the chocolate sets.
- Mix and match: Combine nuts and pretzels for that sweet-and-salty bite that works so well with caramel and apples.
