- 24 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup of pretzels
- 1-2 green apples diced
- 2 Tbsp caramel sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Microwave the chocolate in 45 second intervals, stirring well between each, until melted and smooth.
While the chocolate is melting in the microwave, cut the apples into bite size pieces. Toss the apples in a tsp of lemon juice to prevent the apples from browning.
Remove the melted chocolate from the microwave, and pour onto a baking sheet. Use a spoon or spatula to swirl the chocolate around until it is evenly dispersed on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the cut apples, pretzels and caramel on top of the chocolate. Then place the entire pan in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes or until hardened.
Break the chocolate into pieces and serve immediately.
