Anna’s Pink Prosecco Spritz | Easy Grapefruit and Prosecco Cocktail
When my son’s girlfriend, Anna, comes to visit, there’s one drink she almost always orders: a grapefruit and Prosecco cocktail. Light, bubbly, and a little bit sweet, it’s become her signature drink.
Naturally, we had to create our own version. This Grapefruit Prosecco Spritz starts with fresh grapefruit juice and crisp Prosecco, then we added a few fun variations so you can make it sweeter, stronger, or a little more festive depending on the occasion.
And much like Anna herself, this cocktail is sweet, refreshing, and easy to love. Whether you’re hosting brunch, lounging by the pool, or just looking for a simple sparkling cocktail, this one is sure to become a favorite.
