S’mores Campfire Bark

If you love s’mores, then you will love this chocolate delight. All your favorite campfire s’mores ingredients, but in an easy and mess free dessert. Perfect for a kid’s party or sleepover!

Ingredients:

  • semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • miniature marshmallows
  • graham crackers
  • dark chocolate or caramel sauce

Step 1: Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish for 45 second sessions until melted. Just stir between sessions. After removing melted chocolate from the microwave, pour the melted chocolate chips onto a baking sheet. Use a spoon or spatula to swirl the chocolate around until it is evenly dispersed on the baking sheet. *Caution-chocolate will be hot when removing from microwave and stirring.

Step 2: Sprinkle the marshmallows and graham crackers on top of the chocolate. Top with dark chocolate or caramel sauce. Then place the entire pan in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes or until hardened. Break the chocolate into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 1 week. Enjoy!
