- 24 oz bag of milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (approx.)
- 1 cup broken up graham crackers (approx.)
- dark chocolate or caramel sauce
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30–45 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate onto a baking sheet and use a spoon or spatula to spread it into an even layer. (Caution: The chocolate will be hot.)
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers evenly over the chocolate, then drizzle with dark chocolate or caramel sauce, if using.
Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes, or until fully set
Break the bark into pieces. Serve right away or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
