Oven Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salted butter or olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • smoked paprika

Step 1: Set the oven to 400º F. Using a basting brush, brush both sides of the chicken with the butter or olive oil. In a bowl, mix all the salt, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika until combined. Sprinkle on top of the chicken breasts evenly and on both sides.

Step 2: Bake for 16-18 minutes depending on the size of your chicken breasts. Or until the chicken is cooked to 165º F internal temperature using a meat thermometer and is no longer pink inside. Transfer to a clean plate and serve warm. Enjoy!

*Caution-chicken will be hot when removing from the oven.

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
