Oven baked chicken breasts are a quick and easy weeknight meal. Juicy and protein packed, anyone can make them!

Ingredients

  • 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (150g each)
  • 2 Tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Set the oven to 400º F. Using a basting brush, brush both sides of the chicken with the butter or olive oil. In a bowl, mix all the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until combined. Sprinkle evenly on top of the chicken breasts evenly and on both sides.
  • Bake for 16-18 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken breasts, or until the chicken is cooked to 165º F internal temperature using a meat thermometer and is no longer pink inside. Transfer to a clean plate and serve warm. Enjoy!
    *Caution-chicken will be hot when removed from the oven.
