Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp can of hand crushed San Marzano tomatoes
  • ½-1 of a roma tomato-thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp of olive oil
  • 1 piece of naan or pita bread
  • 2-3 oz of fresh pre-sliced mozzarella cheese

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F and spread 2-3 Tbsp of the hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes onto the naan or pita bread.

Step 2: Add a few pieces of sliced fresh mozzarella cheese to the bread, leaving room around the edges for the cheese to spread.

Add the thinly sliced tomatoes.

Step 3: Place the pizza on a baking sheet or directly onto the oven rack and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Step 4: Carefully remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle it with olive oil. If desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

Step 5: Garnish with torn fresh basil leaves or dried oregano and enjoy!
