This Simple Margherita Pizza is easy, fresh, cheesy, and fast, using naan or pita bread for the crust. And if you’re feeling a little fancier, our Pear Prosciutto Pizza delivers the same low-effort magic with a sweet-and-salty twist.

Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp can of hand crushed San Marzano tomatoes
- ½-1 of a roma tomato-thinly sliced
- ¼ tsp of olive oil
- 1 piece of naan or pita bread
- 2-3 oz of fresh pre-sliced mozzarella cheese
- fresh basil leaves or dried oregano (garnish)
- red pepper flakes (garnish)

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F and spread 2-3 Tbsp of the hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes onto the naan or pita bread.

Step 2: Add a few pieces of sliced fresh mozzarella cheese to the bread, leaving room around the edges for the cheese to spread.
Add the thinly sliced tomatoes.

Step 3: Place the pizza on a baking sheet or directly onto the oven rack and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Step 4: Carefully remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle it with olive oil. If desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes.


Step 5: Garnish with torn fresh basil leaves or dried oregano and enjoy!

*Caution- Oven will be hot! Use oven mitts when placing and removing pizza from the oven.
