- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- 2 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ¼ cup white chocolate
- peppermint candies (crushed)
Put candy in a ziploc bag, and using a rolling pin or mallet, crush candy into a rough powder. Place crushed candy onto a plate. Set aside.
Using a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds until melted. Carefully pour the chocolate onto a small plate.
Dip the rim of a martini or coupe glass into the melted white chocolate and then into the crushed candy to coat.
Add the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, heavy whipping cream, and the ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously—strain into the white chocolate and candy cane-rimmed glass. Enjoy!
