Chocolate Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
- vanilla vodka
- creme de cacao
- instant espresso
- half and half
- chocolate syrup
- chocolate shavings-garnish

Step 1: Drizzle the desired amount of chocolate syrup around the inside of the martini glass.

Step 2: Mix instant espresso with an ounce of water in a cup and dissolve.



Step 3: Pour the vanilla vodka, creme de cacao, instant espresso with the water, and half and half into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake for 10 seconds and pour ingredients into the chocolate syrup-lined glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings or espresso beans.






Tips-
- Instant espresso can be omitted, to make a chocolate martini.
- To make chocolate shavings-Put ¼ cup of chocolate chips in a food processor and grind.
