🍋 Simply Made Suggestions

  • Choose your bubbly: Brut sparkling wine gives a less sweet drink, while a sweeter variety makes a sweeter cocktail.
  • Prep the night before: Freeze the juice and garnishes ahead of time, then add the sparkling wine when guests arrive.
  • Check your glasses: Use plastic glasses labeled freezer-safe. If yours aren’t, freeze the juice and garnishes in silicone molds and add the cubes to your serving glasses.
  • Make it alcohol-free: Swap the sparkling wine for sparkling white grape juice or lime seltzer.
  • Skip the stir: Let the frozen layer melt naturally to keep that pretty presentation.
