Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream ( 1 cup of ice cream, more or less)
  • 8 oz pineapple juice (more or less)
  • 10-12 oz frozen pineapple chunks
  • 8 oz Coconut Tequila
  • 1 Tbsp coconut cream (canned)

Instructions

  • Place the ingredients into a blender and combine. Pour the frozen drinks into a margarita glass and garnish with cocktail cherries, or a pineapple wedge. Enjoy!
