Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425º F. Add Bisquick to a large mixing bowl with the shredded cheese, if using. Pour in the beer and 4 tablespoons of the melted butter. Stir with a spatula until all of the ingredients are combined.

Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop the prepared biscuit dough by large spoonfuls onto the baking sheet. Leave a couple of inches between each one. You should have 8-10 biscuits depending on how large your spoonfuls are.

Step 3: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Carefully remove the sheet from the oven and brush the tops of the warm biscuits with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and enjoy!

Tips:
- These biscuits are best when served immediately.
- The cheese is optional and just adds a bit of flavor. You can use more (up to 1 cup) if you prefer a cheesier biscuit or omit it completely. Your choice!
- Top warm biscuits with honey, jam, or more butter!
- Stir in a teaspoon of seasoning blend such as Italian or cajun!
