Bisquick Beer Drop Biscuits

Quick and easy Bisquick beer drop biscuits made with just a few ingredients—simply mix, drop, and bake for soft, fluffy, buttery biscuits ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick Pancake and Baking Mix
  • 3/4 cup beer
  • 6 tbsp melted butter (divided)

Optional

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (we used sharp)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425º F. Add Bisquick to a large mixing bowl with the shredded cheese if using. Pour in beer and 4 tablespoons of the melted butter. Stir with a spatula just until all of the ingredients are combined.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop the prepared biscuit dough by large spoonfuls onto the baking sheet. Leave a couple of inches between each one. You should have 8-10 biscuits depending on how large your spoonfuls are.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Carefully remove the sheet from the oven and brush the tops of the biscuits with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and enjoy!
