Banana Breakfast Split
This yummy recipe is an excellent way to introduce kids to cooking. Make it for breakfast or for a healthy dessert option. It will definitely become a family favorite!

Ingredients:
- banana
- fresh or frozen blueberries
- maple syrup
- cinnamon
- plain yogurt
- granola

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350º F. Using a knife or (plastic knife for kid friendly option) slice the bananas in half lengthwise. Line an oven safe dish with parchment paper or foil for easy clean-up. Place bananas into the dish. Add blueberries, maple syrup and cinnamon on top of bananas and put into the oven for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly before placing into bowl and eating. Add a scoop of plain yogurt and sprinkle some granola on top and enjoy!
*Caution-banana and blueberries will be hot when removing from oven.
