- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2-1 tsp maple syrup
- dash of cinnamon
- plain yogurt
- granola
Preheat oven to 350º F. Using a knife or (plastic knife for kid friendly option) slice the bananas in half lengthwise. Line an oven safe dish with parchment paper or foil for easy clean-up. Place bananas into the dish. Add blueberries, maple syrup and cinnamon on top of bananas and put into the oven for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly before placing into a bowl and eating. Add a scoop of plain yogurt and sprinkle some granola on top and enjoy!*Caution-banana and blueberries will be hot when removing from oven.
