Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Place the Oreos, including the cream filling, in a food processor. Pulse into fine crumbs, then transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: Add the softened cream cheese. Mix with an electric hand mixer until thoroughly combined.
Step 3: Roll the mixture into 28 bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm. If the mixture is too sticky to roll, chill it for 15–30 minutes first. This adds to the total time.

Melting Chocolate Instructions
Step 4: Place the white melting wafers and semi-sweet chocolate chips in separate microwave-safe bowls. Melt according to the package directions, stirring between intervals until smooth. Avoid overheating.
Decorating Instructions
Step 5: Coat half the Oreo bites with the white coating and half with semi-sweet chocolate. Place each bite on a fork, hold it over the bowl, and spoon the melted coating over it until completely covered. Let the excess drip off, then carefully slide it onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 6: Add sprinkles immediately, before the coating sets. Repeat with the remaining Oreo bites.

Step 7: For an optional finishing touch, let the white coating set, then drizzle a little melted semi-sweet chocolate over the top.
Step 8: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the coating to set before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

🍋 Simply Made Suggestions
- We use Ghirardelli White Vanilla Melting Wafers for the white coating. Follow the package directions for melting.
- Keep the Oreo bites chilled until you’re ready to coat them.
- Add sprinkles while the coating is still wet so they stick.
- Change the sprinkle colors to match your celebration.
- Make them ahead: Once the chocolate coating has set, store the Oreo bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Place parchment paper between layers to keep them from sticking, and keep them chilled until serving.
