Ingredients:

  • rolled oats
  • milk or almond milk
  • bananas
  • vanilla yogurt
  • honey
  • cinnamon

Step 1: Smash the banana in a mixing bowl with a fork. Add all the cinnamon, vanilla yogurt, and honey to the bowl and mix. Add the oats and milk and combine. Add additional cinnamon if desired. Cover and place into the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy the next day, cold or warmed up! Garnish with berries, almond slices, chocolate chips, maple syrup, caramel sauce or more cinnamon.
