Traditional Honey Dijon Ham
This slow-cooker ham recipe is unbeatable. It features a mouthwatering ham coated in a deliciously sweet and tangy glaze crafted from brown sugar, honey, dijon mustard, and white grape juice. You’ll be amazed at just how good it is!
- Serves: 8-10
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 2-2½ hours for a 6 pound ham.
- Cooking Time will be longer for a 6+ pound ham.
Ingredients:
- semi-boneless fully cooked ham (preferably smoked)
- white grape juice
- brown sugar
- honey
- dijon mustard
- whole cloves

Step 1: Put ham into slow cooker.
Step 2: In a bowl place the juice, sugar, honey, cloves and mustard and mix together. Pour over the ham.
Step 3: Cover and set slow cooker to Low setting for 2-2½ hours or until the ham is hot and warmed through. Every 30 minutes spoon juices over the ham.
*The larger the ham the more cook time will be needed.
Step 4: Carefully remove ham from slow cooker and place onto a platter to rest for 5 minutes, before slicing. Slice ham and top with reserved sauce from slow cooker. Serve and enjoy!
*Caution-Slow cooker will be hot!
Tips-
- Try using apple juice instead of white grape juice.
- If using a bone in fully cooked brown sugar double glazed ham, omit brown sugar.
