Traditional Honey Dijon Ham

You’ll love this slow-cooker ham recipe! The ham is beautifully coated in a delightful glaze made from brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and white grape juice. It’s a perfect blend of flavors that will wow your taste buds! Enjoy every bite!

  • Serves: 8-10

  • Cooking Time will be longer for a 6+ pound ham.

Ingredients:

  • semi-boneless fully cooked ham (preferably smoked)
  • white grape juice
  • brown sugar
  • honey
  • dijon mustard
  • whole cloves

Step 1: Place ham into slow cooker.

Step 2: Combine the juice, sugar, honey, cloves, and mustard in a bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture over the ham.

Step 3: Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 2-2½ hours or until the ham is hot and warmed through. Every 30 minutes, spoon the juices over the ham.

*The more significant the ham, the more cooking time will be needed.

Step 4: Carefully remove the ham from the slow cooker and place it on a platter to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice the ham and top with the reserved sauce from the slow cooker. Serve and enjoy!

  • Try using apple juice instead of white grape juice.
  • If using a bone in fully cooked brown sugar double-glazed ham, omit brown sugar.
