- 6 lb semi-boneless fully cooked ham (preferably smoked)
- ⅓ white grape juice (or apple juice)
- ¼ brown sugar
- 1-1½ tbsp honey
- 1-1½ Tbsp dijon mustard
- 5 whole cloves
Place ham into slow cooker.
In a bowl, place the juice, sugar, honey, cloves, and mustard and mix together. Pour over the ham.
Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 2-2½ hours, or until the ham is hot and warmed through. Spoon the juices over the ham every 30 minutes. *The more significant the ham, the more cooking time is needed. Carefully remove the ham from the slow cooker and place it on a platter to rest for 5 minutes, before slicing. Slice the ham and top with the reserved sauce from the slow cooker. Serve and enjoy!*Caution-Slow cooker will be hot!
- Try using apple juice instead of white grape juice.
- If using a bone in fully cooked brown sugar double-glazed ham, omit brown sugar.
