Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 4-8 Tbsp of water (use more water for a thinner consistency)
  • garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  • Pulse for 30-60 seconds and scrape the sides, ensuring all ingredients are combined. Serve immediately and enjoy!
